High refresh rate is a very noticeable difference when comparing monitors side by side. Watch this episode to see Linus explain why.

  • @TrollshotGG so you can run 120hz on a PS3/XBOX?! (HDMI right?)

  • I got this for my Xbox 360 to play fps games. Man I seen a huge difference going from 60hz to 120hz. It's hard to explain.

  • @nnxion HUH? you can force triple buffering in control panel, it's driver dependant, not game dependant.

  • is the nvidia gtx 580 3gb version compatibile?

  • @hjdutch vsync works optimally with games that use triple-buffering, not for those using double-buffering. If your fps was always higher than your frequency then double-buffering wouldn't be a problem either. Read up on how vsync works.

  • DUMB FUCK THAT IS WHAT VSYNC IS FOR TO FIX TEARING

  • @MrAniketShedge its what happens when u change your hardware constantly lol. i change my video card config so often, it happened to me too

  • well done

  • @MrAniketShedge all right, I get it, he changes hardware a lot, and Windows gets it wrong. Now don't reply with the same point, cause I get e-mails for for similar replies from Youtube.

  • @ScottyBing87 probs not, because the xbox itself is limited to 60 Hz
