Hi, Im Mark Wilson, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Sybase and I am here with Marty Beard, President of Sybase 365 to discuss an exciting announcement Sybase made this morning with respect to a strategic partnership with Cable & Wireless. Marty, can you give some details on the agreement. Sure, this was a very important move for Sybase in the mobile messaging arena. What we are doing is really extending our mobile messaging capability through this announcement. Its composed of two things. One is we have a partnership agreement with Cable & Wireless to allow us to become the largest mobile data roaming provider in the world. This is sometimes referred to as GRX. We are also acquiring the international MMS capability that Cable & Wireless has which will enable Sybase now to become the largest global provider of multimedia messaging and operability. Wow, that sounds really exciting for Sybase. What do you see as the best opportunity in terms of how this will work and what it will mean for our customers? Like I said earlier, it is a very strategic opportunity for Sybase in the sense that we are moving really now into the mobile IP world, which will really open up the amount of information and applications that our operator and enterprise customers will now be able to get to their end users. We are very excited about taking the leadership position in the new mobile IP world. What does it mean in terms of Sybases strategy to unwire the enterprise? How does it fit? At the end of the day Sybase believes that as we move more and more into the mobile enterprise space and the world becomes even more mobile than it already is, that in many ways the network itself becomes the application platform. We believe that enterprises are going to use and look at both messaging and this mobile IP world as a way to get out information, get out applications, do marketing, customer service, a whole variety of outreach to their customers over the mobile network. Sybase sees this vision and through this strategic partnership we are really strengthening that vision. Terrific that is really exciting.
