Randall Scott, Chief of the traffic division of the Baltimore City Department of Transportation shows how traffic signals are monitored in the Baltimore City Traffic Management Center. WBAL's John Patti reports from Martin Luther King Blvd and Baltimore Street to show how traffic flow is managed at one of the busiest intersection in the city. Darrell Wiles the Baltimore County Traffic Signal Coordinator describes why York Road and Burke Avenue is one of about a half dozen intersections in the county that regularly fail the annual inspection of traffic signal timing.
