This is the bypass that was started in Ohio to take care of the Airpark that DHL was using, (Airborne Express).
Now it is not going to go to I71, and somewhere from 6 to 8000 ppl are going to be unemployed. I'd hate to be in the shoes of the person responsible, because this was a long stretch of road, at least 10 miles. So now, we have a half mile freeway in the little village of Wilmington, OH. And DHL is pulling out, and up to 8000 local ppl are going to flood the middle and lower class job market. This effectively (actually) kills people, and drives people away from Wilmington.

this is a new bypass around the industrial airpark in Wilmington Ohio. Opening was delayed, and lots of people around Wilm. wanted to see it. I shot this the day it was opened.
