@ASwiftHippie Sure,this kind of fight look way better and way more accurate than those in the Androids & Cell Saga or the Buu Saga...although the fights between Mystic Gohan and Super Buu or SS2 Goku and SS2 Majin Vegeta did kinda look like good old fashioned martial arts.

What I meant is that the characters,the landscapes,the auras and even the beams look way better and more defined,they were more carefully drawing,if you know what I mean.

@anxofarmesto Yea, true. But they really made the fighting less intricate in later DBZ. I don't know if it has to do with the better drawing or not, but it seems like technique kind of went out the window lol. They actually did things in this that an actual martial artist would do. I mean, the fighting is pretty cool either way, but I think I really enjoyed this kind of fighting more.

I've just realized how much the quality of the actual drawing evolved during DBZ...and how little it did in the original DB.

There's not much difference between the first episodes of DB and the fight with Raditz in DBZ...but there was an improvement during the Saiyan Saga and then from the Frieza Saga to the end of DBZ.it improved visibly...all the characters became slightly more "realistic" in the way they were drawn...muscles and clothes were more defined too...and so were the beams an blasts.

@lordofthepizzapie have you read shippuden or seen it? or the fight between neji and naruto? kagebushin no jutsu is extremeley useful and naruto often puts it to good use. the reason they just vanish after a punch is because either A) The enemy has a huge ammount of chakra still or B) Naruto's chakra is less than it should be.
