Good form!...a very common weapon in Southern China Gung Fu but it us usually taught in the advance level (after one mastered all the orthodox weapons...sword, stick, boardsword, etc.)...Hung Gar, Jow Gar, Hung Fhut, Choi Lee Fhut, Bak Mei, Long Ying, Southern mantis, etc. all teach this weapon. Thanks for posting... :)
