  • i was tryin to scoot my corn snake over so i wouldnt drop the water bowl on him then all of a sudden he gets pissed and starts striking... how long is he goin to be pissed

    If you open the cage slowly and don't make sudden moves he should not strike so much. Handling your snake two days before he eats or three days after he eats but weekly should get him acclimated to you, he is striking only because of fear. Never handle him right before or after you feed him, if he bites and latches onto a finger this is a feeding response and not aggression or fear.

  • Corn snakes are cool constrictors that don't need to be imported or specially bread in the U.S. like boas or pythons.
