Good for him. I don't totally agree. Some conservatives aren't stupid, merely selfish and greedy and lacking in the empathy that makes human society livable. Calling them stupid gives them too much credit, IMO. But he said what he thinks, and you know--and he knows--the conservative attack machine will go after him like a horde of zombie serial killers. So it's refreshing to see someone on the left who isn't a spine donor.

@magos2k6, actually, I'm paying all of my own loans now that I've graduated from Cornell. Yeah, my parents helped me pay for college, but 80% of the support I got to attend came from academic grants and scholarships that I earned. Even if my parents paid my entire way, it still doesn't change the fact that Olbermann used ad hominem attacks on me and other conservatives and that he proved my point quite well in our little interchange. Seriously, I'll debate you any day.

@magos2k6 Your confusing religion with politics. The two are not to meant to cross paths and they never should. But how do you know that he's not working or helping his parents pay for college or maybe he got a free ride because he worked hard to get the grades. Don't be so quick to judge my man. If you ask me Olbermann wasn't responding to his questions, he just did what every radical does. Ignore and insult. Please don't be bias and look at the other sides POLITICAL point of view.

Conservatives usually DON'T understand the true nature of reality. They believe that a talking snake got a naked couple kicked out of a garden for eating evil fruit. This coddled, weakling little punk kid who sucks on his parents milky teats so he can go to college (c'mon, you think this punk is actually WORKING to PAY HIS OWN WAY??? HA!!!) thinks HE knows?
