How to make a feather clip

Very quick and easy way!
Tools:
hot glue gun
scissors
felt paper
feathers(feather duster)
jewels
buttons(optional)
clips(two different kinds)

where did you get that 97c feathers?? last time i when to michael their feathers was really ugly and expensive too, it was like 1 dollar something, and they dont have that brown color
