How to Lose 50 or more pounds, it starts with a single step and then a lot of steps. I recommend you move to a neighborhood where you can walk to the grocery store, bank, hardware store, etc. Then actually walk to these places on a daily basis. by the time you work yourself up to doing 10,000 steps a day you will have already started to lose weight. And while its not fast, it does work once you make it part of your lifestyle.
Two Thumbs up for you. I know in your neck of the woods it gets cold in winter so some inside exercise would be good too, for the days you can't be out side.
