  • Continental needs to go out of business. SOON.

  • I probably would have freaked out, I would have gotten off the plane, this is ridiculous, noone has control over people like this, they should have gotten together and "made" them let them off the plane. I can't believe this is even acceptable. Unbelievable, I will NEVER fly this airline,NEVER!

  • @Seigu007 Your a fag

  • humans are cattle. you people deserve it.

  • I am now afraid to fly Continental. Delta is better.

  • I see you tube are getting more and more and more obstructive with their advertisements.

Soon, it won't even be worth coming here

  • It's called open the door and exit!!!! Yea, you'll be arrested, but send a signal to the FAA and the industry. Plus no jury in this land is going to convict!

  • The manager from the Rochester airport has told many outlets what ExpressJet says was a bunch of BS about the security screeners and passengers could have been let off into the gate areas of the airport.

Also, I am originally from Rochester and know of people who have been diverted because of bad weather to Rochester and they have been able to get off and go into a secure area of the airport.

ExpressJet is making excuses. I will never fly that airline ever

  • do your part vote this down... dot stand for it stand against it.... 1 out of 5...

  • so they run off and leave them there overnight, the customer service team were feeling sorry for the company and it s a customer service, not a safety, matter. these things aren t supposed to happen, are they?
