First he doesnt fasten his helmet, crashes and his helmet comes flying off, he's lucky no head damage, he picks his bike up, a guy brings over his helmet and he puts it on again, doesnt fasten it and rides off.
I am amazed at his stupidity.

Glad this guy is OK, amazing the scoot was not broken. But he just left the scene of an accident... that is a criminal offense. If he had not damaged the post, and I think he hit that car too. Then yeah.. mabye. But he did damage someones property. He was very luckt.. FASTEN THE CHIN STRAP!!! It's ther for a reason
