Children's Pastor Tribute Video

Tribute to our church's departing children's pastor. Song is "Legacy" by Nicole Nordeman.
Started out with photoshop, final image had over 160 layers. Then moved it to After Effects for key framing and animation.
My first step was to build the collage in Photoshop, total pixel dimensions was 5000x3800 pixels. After finishing in Photoshop I ported the image into Adobe After Effects and animated a camera movement over the image, that's pretty much it. I spent more time in pre-production (each photo was scanned, color corrected, and re-touched) and laying the design out in photoshop, than I did in actually animating the video.

I have a question how did you get on amv that Blackground and how did you make those movement over the image's i know it says that in descripson but i don't get it...!!!Help please!
