I want to see an obese person turn super thin after going on a high fat, mod protein, low carb diet.

"low-carb doesn't work because you gain the weight back once you stop" [paraphrase]... ah, yes, more of the brilliant logic that brought us the food pyramid and the cholesterol/sat fat hysteria.

I eat way more of every type of vegetable on low carb, including green. I also eat a fair amount of berries. Not that I plan it that way, but when you get rid of grains, vegetables become the natural plate filler.

Hey I wasn't being obnoxious or making assumptions. Its just that i'm following a low carb diet. Ive lost 9 kg. In the past when I tried it I lost 20kg. Now that im fully back into the swing of it I want to see some people who have become super slim. That will give more motivation.

I suspect the dr at the start of this part 3 considers an Atkins Diet, just that, a diet, then you go back to the way you used to eat. Of course you gain it back. Dropping carbs is a new way of life, not a fad diet. Of course because she's a doctor, I'd like to read the studies she refers to that say it's unhealthy and weight gain always happens.
