Wearing a 20# vest, fourth and final round of Kettlebell Cleans, Kettlebell Push Press, Slam Ball, Jump Rope, Kettlebell Snatches. Started w/ 35lb. KB, finished last set with 62lb. KB.

  • Nice, I like the use of the slam ball on the Russian twist. I'll be using that one.

  • Good workout. Just some suggestyions bro, remeber that the swing part of kettlebell exercises is more like a deadlift and you turn it more into a squat. Bend at the hips more no so at the knees. By doing this your movements will have more power. More hip power and your cleans and snatches will look way better. Don't muscle up with your arms on the snatches. Keep up working hard!
