  • No. the metal mesh throws it off. Works on drywall very well... but not on plaster.

  • These are the most informative cabinet install videos I've ever seen. Thank you for sharing this with us. You should become a youtube partner and sell ad space, you deserve it. 

  • The absolute best way to install your cabinets. There are people who have videos that do not show or teach you anything. This video series is the most informative out there. Why would you trust your granite counter-tops to rest on shims?

  • So how to you shim for a 42" wall cabinet? We could only put the shims on the sides and screw them in from the inside of the cabinet. Meaning you still need 2 sets of hands.

  • @6stringpiano You could if that is the spacing you want. In this project they needed the spacer to make up some space so it looked centered.

  • Also, does that magic stud finder work with plaster walls?

  • why do you have to use a spacer between the 1st and corner cabinet? Can't you just butt them together?
