The spreadsheet mapper is great. Only I wished icons were defined at the placemark rather than template level.

This is for those that could not get Google Earth KML to work

Go to cell 112 debuging link. and do the control click on it and it works. You get a notepad sheet that popsup and you copy the kml into Google Earth.

I got the same thing, not solution at this point

I can follow it until the copying of the KML file, when I paste in Google Earth I get the message "Invalid KML in paste. Has anyone found a way round this? GE version

I am using Spreadsheet Mapper. It works like a charm for photos. Thanks for developing this great and useful tool.

NOW, my question...I want to embed videos. I have almost 200 geo-located videos that I wish to embed and I cannot find any info on how to do this in a simple-to-use app like Spreadsheet Mapper. And I cannot figure out how to do this in Mapper since it seems set up for images.

Any ideas?

Is there an update to this video? I'm using Google Earth 4.0.2737 and I'm unable to load the Network Link. After right-clicking on "My Places" and selecting "Add" >> "Network Link," and pasting the URL for my spreadsheet, I get the following error:

"Fetch of Network Link: ...

File has missing or bad root element.

Do you want to stop fetching, continue, or ignore?"

No matter what option I select, the content doesn't load into GE.
