amazing stuff. im sixteen from melb, wanting to do this on my gap year in a similar sized vessel but with a mate. dont think i could do it alone. looks like an incredible struggle but well worth it for the memories and the accomplishment.

quite an admiral accomplishment. i have been harbouring ambitions to sail off into the sunset for some time, and have considered a contessa 26. A good friend skippers a yacht out of antigua, and i've always been a little jealous. How much sailing experience had you before realising this dream?

@nikosdemo Ha, really? I actually live in Northcote right now. Just near the Northcote Social Club. I recently turned 30... It is possible you have seen me before... I have lived all around Melbourne! Small world.

man with an auto pilot and solo in the ocean you need a harness, of couse aussi's don't need anything
