Here we are in the weight room...power cleans, pause squats with box jumps, dumbbell RDL's with weighted pull-ups and pistol squats with dumbbell rows

  • Don't worry dragns....there's about 30 min of roll outs, stretching and other dynamic movements at the beginning of every workout that doesn't get posted. This was just the stretching at the end of the workout.

  • The movement prep stuff at the end looks like it should have been at the beginning of the workout.
