USN ambassadors Jenny Pacey (Gladiator Enigma) and Wayne Gordon (Gladiator Doom) demonstrate shoulder exercises with arm shoulder press

Level One - Single arm shoulder press as demonstrated by Jenny. Take a weight that is comfortable to work with. Hold the weight in front of you with your palm facing you, press the weight up and rotate the hand so the palm is facing forward. This way the whole of the shoulder gets a workout. Press the other hand on your waist or bench for added support. Keep midsection tight and back straight.

Level Two - Arm shoulder press as demonstrated by Wayne. With two dumbbells, going from a full bent position to an extended shoulder press. Take a seat and pull your core extend the dumbbells and rotate your hand. Keep your back flat by squeezing the shoulder blades slightly. Primarily working the front of the shoulders and always maintain the core position.
