Ken was a good mayor. Yes I disagreed with some of his transport policies, but he did a lot for London. Yes Boris is somewhat likeable but he's an awful mayor. And don't forget Ken went down in a barrage of negative Evening Standard headlines, prying into his personal life and falsely accusing him of being anti-Semitic - the editor of the ES, Veronica Wadley was then given the job of London chair of the arts council by the tories as a reward. Cronyism at its best.
