Nikolas is exposed! (1/18/99)

Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) has learned from Katherine Bell (MaryBeth Evans) that Stefan (Stephen Nichols) is his father and Nikolas has broken off his relationship with Katherine. Stefan convinces Nikolas to get on Katherine's "good side" so that she will not expose his true parentage to the evil Helena.

It's Emily Quartermaine's (Amber Tamblyn) birthday. Katherine is living at the Quartermaine mansion and Nikolas stops by to see her before Em's party. Nikolas and Katherine end up in bed only to be caught by a shocked Emily.

Nikolas lashes out at Katherine, assuming that she set the whole thing up, and tries to comfort Emily. It's her party and she will cry if she wants to!

Emily was stunned to discover the prince of her dreams with another woman and it finally dawns on Nikolas how young Emily feels about him ... so it's a toss up as to who is more distraught.

Nik and Katherine are so ew together. Nikolas and Emily are much better, they are soulmates. Even here Em was worth ten of Katherine to him, and they were just friends here! Oh my gosh, I feel SO bad for Emily here. Imagine seeing someone you love with someone else, that must hurt so much.

Funny how Katherine later became jealous of Nik's closeness to Liz. Especially with what's happening on the show now. But Nik and Katherine were gross. Ugh!
