Dollar Rent A Car

This place is so tightly regulated that nothing ever goes wrong. Good security. lol

This is another one called easy money. If anything goes wrong with a sleeping guard or an abscent minded scheduler I catch the slack and make things all better again. They call that kind of position a 'rover.'




High demand. Good money. Steady work.
And very few people are qualified to take the tiring position making exhaustion your continuing friend. A lot are eager to try but not many make it for very long. All the better for me.

Warning about DOLLAR RENTAL CAR....read their fine prints before using their service. There are alot fo hidden fees which they will never tells you like high insurance cost, large hold amount on your credit cards, late fee charges for early and late car returns.

It does not surprise me one bit. Big business looking out for theirself. Then the tax man tells them here is some small print for you to read. Outch!

When at this place I always use their cars instead of mine. Long engine idles are not to good for a car. I pick the van for a scout car. I like that van! Neat vehicle! Electric gizmos everwhere!

Just every once in a while I remember how tall I am. It has helped me out in more ways than one. Mother Nature has been good to me and I am thankful. Wheaties are in the pantry now as I write this. lol

@marli14--I totally agree with you. Dollar has to be the WORST place I have ever rented a car from, and just about everyone had told me never to do business with Dollar. I never knew that being a rental agent could be that hard. When I worked at 2 car rental places, the rental agents were the most obnoxious.

@djteva if you have car insurance then you dont need there insurance. If you have a credit card like amex, they cover the rental insurance!!

Do you wanna know why the line takes so long at the Orlando Int. Airport, the main tourist place in the world? This company forces the rental agents to oversell on you on insurance and upgrade . If they don't oversell what the company wants they get fired. Cruel policy to make more money no matter what.Anyone who sells insurance in Florida must be licensed. Dollar rental agents are not. Wake up authorities.

Hey djteva, every Car Rental Company pretty much operates the same. And if you read the contract instead of just signing so you can be on your way then there would be no surprises. What a shocker you have to pay taxes and fees! All Car Rental companies get taxed heavy at the Airports.
