IntelleGlaze is the integrated programmed module of complex CreaSweet, but can work as an independent modern enrobing-decorating line. In the maximum complete set it is capable to carry out glazing in two colors on the products halved lengthways, plus, in addition two colors dressing is made. IntelleGlaze it is equipped by two tanks of big volume for glaze melting and two small decorator feeding tanks. The system of automatic pumping and a filtration of glazes in glaze tanks and decoration tank is provided.
Enrobing - decorating machine IntelleGlaze is equipped with programmed control and automatic control of operating modes, such as the automatic adjustment of temperatures of all four glazes; automatic regulation of movement of a grid, intensity, temperatures and air blow directions for products; automatic adjustment of speeds for feeding glazes, frequency and intensity of stirring up device, direction of rotation, speed and temperature of anti drop roller, operating modes of an infra-red heater (for wavy effect on a product); automatic adjustment of temperature of internal volume of the machine and the "night" mode, the built in laser gauges for the control of level of glaze, decoration equipment in two colors with storing of drawing and possibility of decoration by lines and points, automatic cleaning of unit unit etc. The system has an easily removable bath (two-colored) and the mesh conveyor for a fast cleaning, disinfection and transition to other colors and types of glazes. Execution under natural chocolate is possible. The machine is supplied with transparent convenient doors for the control of process and easy access to the required unit.
IntelleGlaze is equipped with the refrigerating cooling tunnel with triple section intensive cooling of products with an automatic tension and the belt centering, convenient covers with pneumatic support, demountable trays for cleaning and disinfection, scrapers for continuous automatic cleaning of the conveyer belt with a reuse of a returnable waste of glaze. The refrigerating block of the tunnel from the company ALFA-LAVAL (Sweden) with the compressor of Freon from the company MANEUROP (France) has the built in defrost system, drainages and filtrations of air and allows to maintain in a tunnel temperature up to -8ºC. High-quality temperature isolation of tunnel and rational adjustable distribution of streams of cooling air and the mode providing air circulation in the closed volume of the tunnel without mixing with external air, - do cooling process economic and hygienic.
All listed units are program controlled or controlled by the independent module with touch-screen display or from the integrated control unit of CreaSweet that does possible storing of product glazing-dressing-cooling for each product without intermediate readjustment. Also illumination of a working zone is provided.
