  • @larrydpetree - Glad to be of service!

  • WHAT DO I DO IF ICE IS NOT MAKING AND WATER IS NOT COMING TO THE ICE LINE ONLY RECEIVING DRINKING WATER.

  • @dmsmall99 It could be 2 things, either your water inlet valve or defrost thermostat. Check to make sure the water inlet valve is not filled with ice. If it is use a hair dryer to melt the blockage. Be careful not to melt any plastic parts though. Also check the filtering screen that blocks debris from getting into your ice cubes. Pop the screen out of place with a screwdriver and then put in back once it’s cleaned.

  • @dmsmall99 If it still doesn’t work after you check both of these areas you will have to check if it is even working. I will send you the link on to how to test if the water inlet valve is broken. If it is, replace it. The other could be that your freezer thermostat is set too low, try setting it to a colder setting. If that isn’t the case, the thermostat might be broken, I will also send you the link on how to test it.
