Strange Noise In The Sky News Update!

I live Connecticut and have been hearing noises for 2 years. Maybe a few time in 2009 I think thats when it started. I hear it all the time. Sometime for days for hours at a time. I never thought to jump on You tube and see if it gets mentioned here. I will in the future. It sounds like and over sized plane huge really like the size of Wal Mart but with no thrust. But theres nothing there the sky is clear. I often think it some military craft way way above the clouds but why so loud?
