I always feel like wearing those big ol tents is telling everyone " Hey! Look over here! I'm nursing my baby". Its less obvious when I just lift of the nursing top. No one usually even notices.

Nursing in public is full on disgusting, no one wants to see your spawn eating from your saggy tit. Put it away, it's not cute, it's not special, and trust me, no one and I mean no one wants to see you do it. Either take a bottle with u or go the bathroom. And, before any pro breastfeeding retard tells me that bathrooms are gross and full of germs, I have to remind them that the baby is eating from your tit not from the toilet seat. @deamarie0779 I totally agree! In large groups of moms, I have also noticed that babies nursing under covers are fussier and take longer to feed. They also often end up crying while their mothers fumble with the cover. It's so much easier just to lift your top, and it also sends a message that breastfeeding does NOT need to be hidden!

I simply cannot figure out why anyone would be offended with a women breastfeeding in public, completely uncovered. I really don't get it. If it bothers you for some reason (??), then don't look, or, better yet, put a blanket over YOUR head.

How the heck do you pop out your boob with that cover over you? That thing would be in the way for you to see it as you lift your shirt and unhook the bra and put your baby to it. I struggle to try and do it discreetly as I am about to do it. Then it's easy once he is latched on.

How can a mother breast feeding be deemed so wrong in society? Who are you to even judge? How would you like it if you weren't allowed to feed in public? those are horrible just horrible what happen to long tops and vest special nursing bras or baby blanket eww do it discreetly this isn't it. and i hate the word nursing nourishing your feeding a word you use to sound better but when do you ever nourish a teen child please no chocolate, chips etc.. all goes in

I don't have a problem with it, but it's a natural reaction for passers by to glance at it...sometimes it just happens accidentally and innocently (I know some stare but that's another story) just don't yell at me if i somehow get a quick glance of the goods and you don't have to wear the clint eastwood pancho --which i by the way think is pretty cool!
