(part 3) It is a shame no doctor helped out and i had to struggle and found out for myself what to do for actual healthy cure or relief after so many years. Youtube and all of these things didn't exist at "my time" so as to get to listen to someone like dr mercola. I am american, from country named Paraguay. i'm sure american's from USA got internet much earlier jajaja

(part 2)... Just wanted to say I had cronic constipation that didn't respond to AnYthIng, went to "the best doctors" bla bla... just nothing helped and lived through this condition from 14 years of age and for the next 14 years.

I am a living example of that only if you restore your intestinal flora (no more laxatives and antibiotocs for acne, for flu for this for that) AND you have all of your nutrients on a daily basis (easily done by having a prot vit min shake from natural organic source, that's how i did it to make sure and be practical) for at least 9 months, you get better and better BY THE YEARS.. no quick fix with me. Now I take probiotics and barley, wheat grass & alfalfa with Cayenne all natural tablets.
