Dragon Warrior II - Malroth OWNage + Ending

This is a direct continuation of my other DWII video so I suggest you watch that one first. Trust me this isn't as easy as it looks, this game is hard as hell. Sacrifice & Defeat ended many attempts at recording this, but this run turned out better than I ever could've hoped, so I hope you all like it.

P.S. after watching the vid and adding up the damage to Malroth, the final blow added up to 256 damage (if I added correctly) while Malroth has 255 HP! Dayum...

Why are they call Dragon Quest sometimes? But Dragon Warrior other times!?

Dragon Quest is what the original game was called in Japan. When it was exported to the rest of the world they changed the name to Dragon Warrior for whatever reason, up until IV, after that they stayed in Japan. Then when Dragon Quest VIII came out they used the original name of the series instead, in an attempt to avoid confusion I guess.

In the end, Erdrick's Sword, Shield, Helmet, Gauntlets, Armour, and Boots all become rusty, and millenia later, A Celestrian Hero must find the items, combine them with 9 pieces of Glass Frit, and a piece of Orichalcum for each, to restore the Equipment of Erdrick to their former glory.

Awesome video and an incredible party. When I got rid of all my NES games years ago...this was one so hard to part with since I had my party at max level and it had taken so so long to get them there. I think it's time to check out eBay for a used copy...emulation just isn't the same! Thanks again, and you are spot on about the PoC...he becomes a force to contend with once he's leveled up. A lot of people seem to hate this game but I think it's one of the best!

A classic game. I spent hours playing this game as a kid. I thought it would never end, but I was sad when it did. It took me almost a year to beat it.
