I had a hard time hearing this video. Sales people selling?? If I show a home than I let the home sell itself,,,the buyer will know when the home is right,,Listing is another story,,,This is where i have seen selling yourself to be effective.

Yes, David, you are right. What I meant though, when we are on the floor, and try people are looking at the window listings and we try to approach them to ask whether or not they have questions.. :) They seem to run away most of the time. :) As I said in the video, we as agents don't necessarily want to sell them something, we are there to advise them and educate them on the market.
