you're supposed to put the screen down before you slap knuckle stretch not allowed. our dough is never frozen it's shipped in refrigerated trucks i've done inventory it's not frozen just cold. btw cold dough sucks to slap

I would fire you. This is totally incorrect... Edge locked all sloppy, stretched wrong and not even docked right. Maybe at your store this is "the way it post to be" but at 3716 this is poor quality. :(
