Can you just shut up and stop being on here just for the sake of being a complete and utter wanker

Yeah rugby is a hard physical sport, I'm a prop I take and give the brunt of it but eye gouging isn't hard, it's like punching someone on the balls, it's just cowardly and should have been a red card but that try you put on? That's definitely a try, it's his own momentum taking him over the line so it's not second movement

what a load of rubbish this video is...one player eye gouging = an entire nation being dirty? grow up and man up unless you want rugby to become as ridiculous as modern day football with the lack of physical contact.

ban this for life
-
yellow card for eye gouging... unbelievable
-
@zachdaspac He didnt see it coming because he wasnt bloody well looking. Period.
-
@Chanctonbury63 I agree with you there about the card would have helped the lions but no one saw that coming. He's a big boy yes but he's also at the top of his game atm. In 2009 he was considered best international prop on the NH now he is considered best in the world. Wheather of not you agree is different but he is seen as a fantastic player

The ball was below his hips but he was still looking down and back at it. He should have been looking at the opposition and let someone else take care of the ball. If he had been concentrating he would have seen Botha coming. He is the largest thing on the bloody field. Botha getting a ban did not help the Lions during the game. A yellow card would have.

@chanctonbury63 atm and I promise you this, he may not have been at the time, but right now he is considered to be the best tight head prop in the world. I'm not making that up he is and I can see why. And no one would see a twat like that coming ova to do a red card offence, why Botha got a ban :P

Even as a lions fan apart from the gauging it is a bit hit and miss to be honest, could be argued both parties are equally to blame, although SA do seem to act like bullies sometimes. It was more the individual clubs that were notoriously dirty, looked as if they were genuinely going out to injure the Lions players
