there is a cross platform application like this called stykz and i find it easier to use than pivot. google it and give it a try especially if you are on mac os x or linux.

Under the box where you select what figure you are using, click on "add figure".

Does this Require Administrator rights???

Administrator rights....well, to be honest, I have no idea, as I installed this on a mac. My guess is it will, because it has an installation program. But, you should try it anyway, because it's a small download, and it doesn't cost anything! :)
