@BrokerPromises612 obviously u dont kno much about hockey, tht is the referee, tht is y he has the oprange bands, the other 2 "refs" are linesman, they r the ones that break up the fight, watch the video again and youll see the referee reach into his pockey to get a peice of paper and a pen to write down the numbers of the players fighting, he did wat he was supposed to, he assesses the penaltys, the linesmen do the dirty work
