  • Smooth moves!!

  • @Blaquevagabond Thank you Guro Dexter.

  • 50+ years long time, you must know so much about arnis, eskrima, kali have you ever had to use it in a dangerous situation?

  • @Brady2k10 Martial arts are studied & practiced on various levels (i.e. spiritual, mental & physical). The spiritual involves the development of such qualities as higher consciousness, precognition and extra-sensory abilities. The mental includes the development of such qualities as environmental awareness, judgement, discipline, emotional reaction and tact.. The physical involves development of physical attributes such as mechanics, reflexes, speed, timing, physical sensitivity, technique, etc

  • @Brady2k10 Study & practice of the spiritual, mental & physical levels of martial arts make for well rounded development. These levels can be used separately or in combination to mitigate dangerous situations. In my opinion the highest level of self-defense is prevention, with the lowest level being actual physical involvement. Fortunately in my life i have been able to use the spiritual/mental levels of study & practice to mitigate dangerous situations & prevent actual physical involvement.

  • I enjoy the teachings in this video. I can tell the student really humble & inspire from what you showing :)

  • I love how we all start to speak broken English when we teach FMA because of the intense learning experience with Filipino Instructors who speak English as a second language.... Tom does a great job of pacing the instruction perfectly for this student's ability to absorb... I don't know too many people who can keep up with Tom's technical speed or mental sharpness/understanding of FMA's if he were rocking and rolling at his top speed.

  • looks good
