Since 1990 Food and Trees For Africa (FTFA) have been leading the way, tree planting in South Africa to reduce the impact of global warming, green local communites and to spread the environmental message. Millions of trees have been planted and succesful programs like EDUPLANT and the the community food gardens continue to nourish the lives of South Africa's people and raise awareness as to the value of protecting the environment. This video features Jeunesse park founder of FTFA and winner of the 2007 UNEP 'Sakugawa' Environmental prize, as she introduces the organisation, it's people and it's good works.
