I like people asking what the "point" of this is. The "point" is that this guy figured out a really cool device that adds a dimension to the potential for paintball markers. What's the point of complaining?

You can have an additional barrel on your marker for when you need it, specifically for quick barrel cleaning, the apex barrel system, bore size, first strike rounds, many adaptations.

I apologize for the very late response, but so far they are only available for BT-4 based makers and the A5/X7 platform. Hopefully soon available for autococker threads.
