    lol open material editor, click on the diffuse material spot, and select bitmap.

    the click the check box next to the diffuse color selector and then bitmap then the image that u have got for the refrence then voilah!

    The reference image you used, was it a dakimakura in the first place?

    Since the vid is already out for 3yrs I may add that you can use "make human" as base if you haven't got 3dsMax or Character Studio.

  • zbrush makes meshes into poly groups (sepereate meshes) so i am guessing that could be ur problem to fix
