Bribe Fail: Busted man dumps millions on road in cop chase

A top Russian official suspected of taking 10 million rubles in cash (over $300,000) as a bribe threw the cash out of his car when police tried to chase and detain him. He decided to get rid of the evidence after crashing his car in the busy traffic. Police operatives were gathering the bills from the busy street until late at night. Bypassers scrambled to get in on the cash free-for-all - by the time police arrived, some 55,000 roubles had already vanished. The official, working for the Russian Federal Fishing Agency, reportedly took the bribe from a commercial company engaged in fishing in the Moscow Region.

In fact, currently based on some missionaries who I've talked to who went to Russia, they claim the people are by far more free there than we are here. I was sad to hear that...I've thought well if that's the way of it why not move there! But I don't know the language nor anyone in that land. So I guess I'm stuck! LOL
