Fender Baja Tele, Music Man 112 RD Fifty, THD 2x12

A short demo clip of my wonderful Music Man 112 RD Fifty, living in perfect harmony with a THD 2x12 Cabinet. The guitar used is a Fender Baja Telecaster and it's plugged straight into the clean channel of the amp. No other effects than the amp reverb are used. It's not the best recording, but still you can hear the sparkling tone that is characteristic for this great old amp. The amp is almost 30 years old and it still has the original Sylvania 6L6 tubes! Ladies and gents - we are talking quality stuff here!

Can someone tell me what year the blonde MM112 50 came out. I see a lot of black 50 watts but not so many of the blondes. Was the blonde a special order? Thanks for your help.

@chipcindy1 They came around in 1981-1982. No special order, but equipped with EVM speakers and a little bit more expensive. There was more amps in this series as well.

how about the Baja tele? did you compare it to USA tele's at the store when you bought it... I'm thinking of purchasing a Fender tele but still don't know if there is a relevant quality difference in Mex or USA tele's........cheerzz to your playing man!!
