NC State Auditor Answers CAFR questions Part 1 of 3

Beth Wood is the North Carolina State Auditor. She and her staff answered some of my questions about the balances in the North Carolina Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. She was very kind, professional and I thank her for her accessibility and transparency.

Oh, an emergency situation requiring large sums of money? Liiiike, a negative value social security program that should have tens of trillions of dollars stored away? What kind of dckless meathead would believe that the stashed reserves of bllions upon billions of dollars, entirely clean, and entirely hidden, would be used for the general welfare?

Research sovereign wealth funds if you want to know where your money is being siphoned to.

How do you get these people to agree to sit down with you and answer all of your questions? Are you a reporter, VIP, politician?

Nope, just a private citizen working hard to make a living wishing I could enjoy my life instead of having to keep an eye on elected officials. I called the State Auditor's office and made an appointment. They agreed to being filmed "so I wouldn't misquote anything when going over my findings with my State Representative." Unless you work for the government, you may believe that 6-2=4....but in government....6-2 does not equal 4....it clearly equals 0....Unless! you owe the government money...then! 6-2= 14 compounded daily @ 25%............Do you understand how it works now?

um uh well er um it's like this see.And then this and that and um..yes then there's this and that and it's all very complicated see cause you've got to mix in some of this and subtract some of that and well..after that there's future stuff and well then the moneys all gone see?You know how it is - once you break a billion dollar bill it just disapperas you know!

They are praying you are buying there lines!!!

Thank you for posting. If it is called The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, then why do they say not every future expenditure is included? Rhetorical question.

So according to these accountants, the profit and surplus isn't really a profit or a surplus that could be used to offset debt because of a court order LOL ok. These people are clearly evading and hiding things, talking up legalistic smoke and mirrors. The funds are in surplus --period. And they're not being used to alleviate budgetary deficits or to alleviate tax burdens whatsoever. Look at their body and language and faces.

Ask them when the State owns say a golf park and makes an annual profit from it's operation, where does this money go? We know the answer, but this will make these tricksters get caught up into their lie.

Who wrote it? How the fuck are you going to say it's representative governement when the constituents don't even know whats being written?
