This one actually was on a 2-song single-album called "Cuntry Boner". It's pretty rare to buy as a CD, but it's out there.

I live next to the Puscifer store in Jerome, Arizona. Anybody that loves Maynard (even though he hates you) should check it out. Pretty awesome stuff.
