Okok, I renamed it to a fudgin german garry pancake :) I will make a european pancake video soonish.
German Garry Style Pancake quick fix.

Ingredients:
Self Rising Flour (1 cup = 4-6 pancakes)
1 egg
Milk (improves taste but makes them tough)
Water (decreases taste but makes them soft)

Milk and Water should be added equally. 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup milk then adjust from there.

Toppings:
Sweet Pancakes: All sorts of jam, sugar, cinnamon, apple sauce, honey, strawberries, bananas, even chocolate, vanilla sauce. Imagination is the limit :)
Normal Pancakes: Sour cream, bacon, parsley, minced beef and a lot more.

Everyone should be able to make pancakes. It's an survival item :)

  • haha this guy is a joke. clueless how to make a real pancake. he totally burnt it, the pancake is thick, and the fluid is way too thick.

    pancakes are rolled with gem, or hot chocolate with nuts. you can also make triangles.

  • @GarryIsCooking No need to feel sorry, you at least made a video about it :). I went googling about the matter and from what I've learned European pancakes are basically crepes...

  • @GarryIsCooking you will get a heart attack with all the oil. mass should be like water and pancake should be less than 1mm thick.

  • This is the kind of pancake I remember growing up with, made by my German-born mother! Thanks! "European pancakes" are nothing like the delicate French crepes, and also nothing like the fluffy/puffy American flapjacks. They really are good, though. My mom used to add sliced apples to the batter and then served them up with cinnamon sugar on top - yum!
