Um yeah, they had orgman in the very first episode and the first episode of berserk also had monsters and such in it as well. Of course the berserk anime is really good but doesn't compare to the manga.
Also Gungrave is still one of my favorites, I wish it would have been a little longer tho. Then again most of the best animes are fairly short.

You don't see too many Gungrave fans anymore, this anime is dying. But i tell you what it's just gonna come back and kill every anime out there.

@strangewill will I miss out on anything if I just get the game? Can't gaurentee I'll get to any of them but you can bet I'll try to find the game. Absolutely love the shoot'em up genre.

@strangewill- wrong, brandon always knew the mob was flawed, including harry, only reason why brandon was brought back was so that he could destroy the millennium that harry created not the one that brandon and harry both started out in and since none of his friends wanted to break the code of iron they followed harry even when harry betrayed brandon, hence the whole beyond the grave semi resurrection

Can someone clear up this anime? There's a game called Gungrave I've been meaning to get where the premise is shoot everything to fucking hell and repeat. Is there any correlation to this anime? Then which is based off of which? P.S. I love how the guys calculator read 666.

@GuiltusGrahdus The show is based on the manga, and the game is based on the show. The show is the story of 2 friends that join the mob, and the progression from their young adult hood till their later years, even after the main character is killed, Brandon Heat. You should definitely check it out. Its on netflix stream RIGHT NOW!
