Kathryn Bigelow one of the BEST ACTION DIRECTORS of the century.
Every movie based on Iraq has SUCKED....until now.
Based on a bomb squad unit defusing several IED's...and you feel like your helping defuse them, you feel stuck in the situation and 2 hours of pure thrilling action and drama.

so uhhhhhh why is gears of war even in this movie? and it was just to advertise, probably didnt play a serious role...

Not sure why it was in it...but it didnt take away from it, it just shows one of the actors "stressed-out" and playing G.O.W. on Xbox 360 (while talking to his doctor).

Although the system wasnt even out the year it takes place (let alone the game)...i still LOVED every singly second of the movie.

poor americans they believe everything in hollywood but the real life in iraq is totaly different as it is shown in the movies .

I enjoyed it but not as much. There really wasn't a story to the movie but it's more like a telling of what it is to work as an EOD
