SteelSeries SX Mousepad Unboxing and Review

Hi guys,

I received my Steelseries SX mousepad earlier today, so I thought I would do a quick review for you all.

I wasn't really impressed with the SX mostly because of it's price. It's not a bad mousepad, but I was expecting something alot better considering the reviews it has online. Like i said in the video i'll keep using it, and if it gets any better I will update the video.

Try cleaning your mouse before complaining about 'noise' :/

@Shrpshtr951 The teflon feet on my mouse are always spotless, I make sure of that. You can hear the difference in noise levels when I compare the two pads..

Does the aluminum wear down?

I was am skeptical when I read "aluminum" whats with all these mouse pads being made of metal now, is that the new rage?

Also whats the surface look like? I would figure there would be tons of swirls and hairline scratches on it after some use.

I would only buy a aluminum mouse pad just because the QCK+ I use collects lots of lint, which is stuffing all the nooks and cranny's of my mouse full with fibers.

Thanks to your review I think I will go with good ol' plastic.
