you know what it tastes like, there's only one way something with ethanol inside can taste like.
A nice burn down to your insides after a small pinch on your cheek;)
like moonshine,vodka,rakija.
But you have to be aware that everyone has a different taste and not all soju are made the same way so I guess it differs. The only thing that should be identical to cheap,costy and sweeter ones is the pich and the slow burn afterwards. If you have too much they say it feels like flying;)
