  • i just love bills jackups

  • bill gates said khan has an iq of 160. like if you agree (:

  • @VideoMenu OK... the whole point of the Khan Academy thing he has going on is for you to manage how you learn from the video in your own way, not to fall in love with his voice. If you want to absorb something in silence, go to the pause button.

  • @crumcon i think what he meant is ... the image of Muslims in western countries are not smthing to be proud of(due to reason), and in this time he managed to do something so incredible that ppl will understand there are good and bad in everything ... among christians , Muslims and in every group. :)

  • @cubfankid12

Are you kidding me? "He gets right to the point"? You know how many times I wished he'd just get right to the point and he doesn't? I mean, one one video he takes up valuable time calling us "chemistry studs" after explaining how to do some equation.

Leave your politics out of it. To drag Obama into it makes you plain obtuse (no pun intended).

  • @VideoMenu

    *listener (not lister)

  • Khan talks way too much. It's like he's in love with his voice, and he fills almost every second of the video with him talking that it doesn't give a lister a chance to absorb in silence.

Ex:"So let's write sine of theta... (siiiine oooof theeeetaaa) Ok. So now we have sine of theta. So like I said, we use the sine of theta (right here: sine of theta) for the identities.. (iiiii deeeennnti teeeees) Identities."

Just say "write sine of theta" and then write the fucking shit and get a move on.

  • @stoke777 He never said teachers were unimportant. Besides, look at Pennsylvania or any state with a big city, Philadelphia has several schools with 900 students, problem is, only 70 of them show up a day, that's over 90% of the money being wasted on people who don't learn anything. Khan Academy has nearly 200,000 active students, and almost all of them learn something from him each day.

He's not the only one either Bucky (thenewboston) is another on the rise for the free education revolution.
