Music is a form of communication too, and if a musician made that many gaffes in their music as appear here, you'd be mightily disturbed too. We expect perfect notes from music to convey a message. Same for language, or else you risk distorting the message.

If you are concentrating on spelling mistakes then you are missing the overall message that he presents in a very clear and professional manner.

You should have someone proof read your stuff before putting it out there.
It's spelled "Management", not "Managment" (1st time the titling comes up, 03:46).
Also, it's "Entrepreneur", not "Entrepeneur" (05:16).
Pronounce it, slowly, carefully.... you'll get the idea.
