TNA has some really good wrestling, but the garbage backstage and bullshit "PPV" "main events" like Sting defeating Drunk Jeff Hardy in 90 seconds at Defeat Road have not helped them. At least WWE doesn't do shows at a damn theme park where people get in for free, meaning that TNA regularly draws ZERO dollars at the gate. Without Dixie Carter's money, TNA would have died a long time ago.
